This policy explains what information CaribbeanCert collects when you use our training, certification and verification services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: March 2026CaribbeanCert collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information when you register for courses or certificates.
When you take exams we store your answers, scores, and issued certificates so your progress and credentials are verifiable.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send course updates, and issue certificates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Certificates carry a unique number. When someone verifies a certificate number, we display only the recipient name, course, and dates — nothing else about the account.
Company owners can see training progress and certificate status for employees they have invited. Employees can always see their own records.
Account and certificate records are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data at any time; certificate records may be retained for verification integrity.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact support@caribbeancert.com for any privacy-related request.
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the site. Questions? support@caribbeancert.com
